Originating from the West Coast of Canada, Kristin is a Dunsborough based Trainer who specialises in functional training and myofascial release.
Being a mother of three and having grown up in the mountains engaged in an active, outdoors lifestyle, Kristin is acutely aware of the importance of maintaining physical health and well-being.
Chronic issues from an injury early on in life gave rise to her pursuing a career in the industry. Through Kristin’s experience and education, she has developed a holistic approach to preventative rehab which has become a significant part of her methodology. She recognises learning as a continuous path and seeks to refine her skills from some of the best practitioners, movement specialists and strength coaches in Australia and North America.
