Yara De Azevedo
Flow Rhythm was created to bring you a unique experience of movement and sound. Asanas intelligently sequenced to ignite and untangle the body-mind, creating more room for circulation of inspiration. Music intentionally selected to energetically connect to yourself and those flowing with you.
Yara was introduced to Yoga at a young age, as her mum had integrated these practices into her own lifestyle, and since encouraged her to explore what life has to offer. Yoga, art, dance, gymnastics and the diversity of growing up in two different cultures have all given Yara the opportunity to develop into an open-minded and caring individual. Motivated to support others to awaken their true potential and to evolve in their human life experience Yara can be found teaching most days at The Yoga Room Bunbury. Yara’s style is a unique concoction of strength, fluidity and play that is inspired by her training in the Brazilian dance called Zouk. Her creative and often time physically strong sequences invite curious observation of body and mind. Encouraging you to practice in a way that will sustain you in moments of challenge in life; and for you to feel lovingly pushed beyond what you might think is possible.
